Perma-Rocker

This refers to someone who has violated the forums rules and has had their Forum Rank changed to "Rocker." No matter how many posts a perma-rockered member accumulates, his or her forum rank will never increase, unless they change their posting habits noticeably. It is possible for someone to get perma-rockered, then go back to a regular forum rank. See De-PermaRocker.
