To get optimal (106,675), you actually have to pull off a double squeeze. Here's why.
Take a look at the chart. The activation ends up being at measure 39. It doesn't matter how early or late you hit the overdrive crash though, because you'll end up completely filling up your overdrive again when you hit the last OD note in measure 40. What matters is how late you hit that last OD note.
If you were to hit the last OD note right on time, you would run out of OD about a 16th of a measure shy of a the note, instead of right on the note like it normally would be. |
