Tier
Tier is a term used to describe how songs within
Guitar Hero and
Rock Band⇒ games are organized. For the most part, the tiers are based on the difficulty of the songs within it. This concept is noticable in all Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, as suggested by the names of the tiers themselves within each game.
Game_GuitarHeroIIILegendsOfRock Guitar Hero III∞ and Game_GuitarHeroAerosmith Guitar Hero: Aerosmith added a storyline theme to the names of the tiers. Game_GuitarHeroOnTour Guitar Hero: On Tour used simple venue names to label the tiers.
