Rock Band 2 Tour Staff
One of the new features added to the Band World Tour mode in Rock Band 2 is Staff members. These staff members can either help or hurt you depending on a few factors, such as achieving a low star count on a gig. While technically you "hire" them, they do not cost you any cash (unless that cost is part of their effect).
You gain the ability to hire staff after you are awarded your manager. Most staff members need to be unlocked either by gaining more fans or stars.
