Hi, my name is Frank Matteo. I live in the New Castle, PA area. I was born on December 30th, 1989 so I am currently 18 years old and also am a freshman in college. I went to Shenango Area School since Kindergarden and I currently go to Butler County Community College with a computer programming major. That's about it for now.

I've basically been playing videos games since NES when I was just 3 - 4 years old. Since then I was a hardcore Nintendo fanboy and was ADDICTED to N64. I soon became a fan of the multiplayer type games but there was no online at this time. It was mostly me and my friends playing Goldeneye or Mario Kart 64. Eventually, when PS2 came out, I bought it on release and loved it. I even still own a PS2 and occasionally play it. This brings me to my first experience with Guitar Hero. I did not buy it the first day it came out. To be honest, I didn't even hear about it till about 3 weeks after it came out. When I first heard of it I actually thought it would be stupid. Then I tried it at a friends and thought it was fun. When I played it, I started on medium difficulty and was TERRIBLE. Eventually, I bought the game and at that time I thought I was ready for hard. Then I just grew in skill gradually, eventually completing expert mode and going crazy that I finally beat Cowboys From Hell. Guitar Hero 2 was coming out soon and I was more anticipated for it than ever. I played it on expert and beat it. It wasn't so difficult to beat for me now but the only song I couldn't beat was, of course, Jordan. Now when I finally beat it, I was going crazy yet again. I thought my playing that day was so good that I would give it another run to try and 5*. The next run I beat it again AND 5*. I don't know what came over me that day but I surprised myself for how good I was doing. Now months later, Guitar Hero 3 came out and also the only one I got for free. I won this in a Guitar Hero 2 tournament. Now at this time I've been a member of Scorehero for awhile, however, Guitar Hero 3 is the first game I decided to play competitively and post scores. Over the months, Guitar Hero 3 has improved my skills more than I ever would have imagined. Also I should mention I've had an Xbox 360 for a few months at this time. Lastly, all of this led up to me buying Guitar Hero World Tour.
