Raining Blood is the first song in the final tier of songs in Game_GuitarHeroIIILegendsOfRock Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. It is widely considered to be one of the hardest songs to pass in Guitar Hero III due to a section called Mosh 1, which consists of a large stream of 14 notes-per-second scales on expert. Along with being incredibly difficult to pass, the majority of the song has various difficult note patterns, causing the average player to break their combo very often, making the song very difficult to five star.

I would say Raining blood is only the hardest on easy, but 3rd hardest on medium. 4th hardest on hard, and 6th hardest on expert. It is just a matter of trilling and scaling. if you can't strum, theres no way to pass this song just like KoC or BMW.

Actually, this is the hardest on easy, third hardest on medium, on hard, it's one of the three hardest I'd say. This was the 68th song I passed on hard (69th was FCPREMIX o_O and 70th was TTFaF [TTL was 67th o_O]) I'd rank it just under TTFaF & TTL for hard mode, though. As for expert, just under TTFaF. Some people beat TTFaF on expert before this (not saying it's common, it actually isn't IIRC) the big factor on that one is tapping ability for intro and star power, but I could see them somewhat similar but I think Twin Solo > Flood. As for difficulty order for believing someone would pass TTFaF before RaBl (from highest to least), here it is:

Easy
Hard
Expert
Medium

i see...i put "take this life", "ttfaf", and "one" above RB on hard. And then on expert i add "the way it ends" and "mauvais garcon"(i cant get the rhythm down personally). On expert i think it goes ttfaf, the way it ends, ttl, one, mauvais garcon. if i could put devil went down to georgia in there, i would put it higher than RB in hard and expert.

i think for a moderatley good player this song is pretty difficult to five star, but not to pass, i do remember what mosh was like for me when i first played through it, but i still think that it is not that hard, just play on hyperspeed and practice a lot. otherwise TTFAF is still purty hard.
