Daniel owns the first four GH games, playing most times Guitar Hero 3 on Hard difficulty. All of his scores uploaded were archived using only the standard controller, without switch to the guitar. He have beaten every song of first four games, an accomplishment he is proud of.

First Contact to Guitar Hero

Not a fan of rock or metal or even rhythim games, he hasn't heard about Guitar Hero until last day of 2005. He was in a friend house, and his friend show him Guitar Hero 2. Trying his best on Medium, Ticapapel struggle to beat freaking Beast and the Harlot. 83% was not enough to him, so he tried again. Amazing by how his friend was playing on Hard, and how awesome that song was, he asked for the game. Since then. Daniel started to download Avenged Sevenfold songs and to playing Guitar Hero.

Guitar Hero 2

Although of his slow progress, he keep playing until today. Starting on Easy and moving on to Medium, he last song to 5* was Surrender. When he moved to Hard, he thought it was impossible. Not because the orange fret, but there was so many notes on screen. Even so, he resume playing. Three last songs to 5* were Crazy on You, Carry me Home and Institutionalized. The jump to Expert wasn't too impressive because one of his friend lied to him, saiying that Expert was exactly same has Hard, but just with harder solos. Ticapapel stopped playing when Freya was too hard to beat.
After some months away, he tried again and beat Freya in his first try. It was a sunday, before lunch, Daniel was in a rampage. Soon he was in final fucking tier. He have beaten Beast and the Harlot once in Quickplayer, but others were so harder. Second song to beat was Institutionalized, then Hangar 18. A long break until try Misirlou. Almost six o'clock, he finally get through Intro. Lost a phrase and then failed before Gtr Break 2, but he suddenly had a path in mind. Some minutes later, Misirlou was smashed.
Freebird wasn't a big deal, but Solos C and P make Daniel restart a lot of times. 5* in first try. Expert Career beaten, but there was three other songs out there. Jordan, Six and The Light That Blinds. Way too hard for him, he asked his friend for GH1. No fail up oto Cowboys From Hell. So annoying song, but he managed to beat it. And there it was, Bark at the Moon. No combo in green streaks, misunderstanding the solo, it was a pain to beat it. 3* which last for a long time.

Rocks the 80s

Then Rocks the 80s was release. Again, he asked to his friend for a copy and some comments. Sighthread Expert Career beaten, 'so happy and so easy'. But who said he was going to beat Play With Me again? He took days to pass it again, and just for a 4*. Electric Eye FC was his goal, but he never got much closer than one miss before solos.
Time to back to GH2. 5* a lot of songs, one of last being Carry me Home and Institutionalized. Almost no 3* there. Pass through Jordan's Solo B once, but quickly failed in C.

Guitar Hero 3

Guitar Hero 3 release. Stucked in Holiday in Cambodia, he was mad. 'Why the fuck that Intro was there?'. He jumped to Hard, so he could keep playing. His friend stopped playing GH after HiC barrage. Daniel went up to One, where he struggled a few times to get through Darkness. He got his guitar to beat HiC for his first time, and he beat in his first try. Then Knights of Cydonia showed up. Daniel have much self-confidence to don't use the guitar controller. After understand how to use lower frets to strum a high fret, he pass KoC Intro. Saving SP for both Breakneck Desperados, this song was kind of piece of cake.
Final tier. He have played both Raining Blood and Cliffs of Dover, beating them in his sighthread. But Mosh 1 wasn't so easy in his later tries. After some hours, he beat it, along with Number of the Beast and Cliffs of Dover. One was lefting, and again, he didn't want to use his guitar controller again. Months later, he asked for a friend to beat it for him. One or two months later, he beat it by himself without anyone help.
Bonus Songs weren't a big deal, but last three were a pain. Ticapapel tried his best in Through the Fire and Flames. Intro was hard for some reason, and Post Insanity was really the own insanity. After a week or two trying, he pass thorugh both PIs and get to Cold Winter Morning. In the same day, he got to Twin Solo. Using his SP in second Post Insanity, he saved his SP for Twin Solo. He kept playing, and suddenly he was in last triplets of Twin Solo.
But So Far Away 3 was unknown. Failing at 92% and don't knowing why, he was very angry. But after some tries, finally he got up to Ramping Dragons with a full bar of Star Power. There it was, the hardest song of the game was beaten. Mere 240k, but enough for him.
Next song to beat was Take This Life. Papel always hated songs with fast BPM, and this wasn't an exception. Only The Way it Ends left. He knew that a popular Dualshock top player, Aoshi, have beat it, so it was possible. But Daniel couldn't get it.

Today

Everyone was bitching about how easy Jordan was. But Daniel didn't think like this. It was the hardest song of the game, how could they say that? A friend said to him to try Lefty Flip. First try, he pass through Solo C, but lost in Bridge. Second try, he beat it, 4*.
Sick and lazy, at 11pm, Daniel deciced to try Six just for fun. He was amazed by his 'impressive' 11%. Next try he reached at the part that the vocalist shouts. Some tries later, he pass through Intro. He knew how the song was going to be, fast and hard, but not such a problem. 3*. Soon after beat it and take a pic, he tried The Light That Blinds, just to see if he would beat. And he could. Trying to guess where phrases where and where to active, he got around 240k. Nervous, didn't FC solo, but he was happy.
Trying a lot of techniques and different paths, he beat The Way it Ends twice in the same day. He pratice TTFAF to learn how to beat easier than before. It worked, a nice 30k increase.
Daniel started to climb up the GH3 Hard ranking. He is trying now some Expert FCs which he still don't have and are under his skills.

Guitar

Daniel bought a Guitar Controller in a meantime between GH80's and GH3's release. It is a third-party controller by Leadership. He don't use it often because he simply prefer to use the Dualshock than the guitar. Also, he says it has hard buttons, its small and the whammy is bad.
He beat GH2 Hard Career using it, has ~180k in TWIE and beat TTFAF Hard. He don't know yet if his father is going to let he buy another one, because they are very expensive in Brazil and Daniel is getting really low grades in school.

Rock Band

As the guitar controller is expensive in Brazil, the Rock Band kit is too. Ticapapel coudn't afford to buy it, so he didn't got the game until sometime ago. He beat Hard Guitar Career using his guitar, but stopped playing after it.

Nickname

Its the name of a childplay that a person has to touch someone throwing a ball made of paper. Daniel's friends call him like this since 2004, even though he didn't create this play.

Poor English and posts in Scorehero Forum

Daniel is not well known as a frequent poster in Scorehero forum. His poor English doesn't allow him to explain easily what he wants to say, so he just don't post much. He is a big fan of many people out there, like Strike, Lorenzo, Hellashes, and of course, some Dualshock players, like Tidus, Nikki and DiegotsBR.

Real life

Daniel have a lot of problems in real life, and is more a nerd than an emo, but he doesn't care much. He is always blaming about how his life sucks in his blog. He is a big fan of bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet for My Valentine, even if he doesn't listen to them often.

Ticapapel (born Daniel Victor, on August 22, 1992) in Natal (RN, Brazil), is a weird guy addicted to games, and of course, to Guitar Hero. He is a Dualshock player, but is currently playing Guitar Hero on his third-party plastic guitar, trying to move on to Expert. His main goal is to win a tournament (of Guitar Hero 3 and Naruto Narutimet Accel 2) that is going to happen in last saturday of November.
